SIPs
Structurally Insulated Panels are made using structural polystyrene rigid foam panels laminated to Reflectix double FBF insulation and a mahogany substrate. The result is a building system that is very strong, energy efficient and cost effective.
Our OSB sheathing is derived from fast growth; replaceable trees and our EPS foam DOES NOT contain any harmful CFC's, HFC's, or formaldehyde.
TechStone Siding Material
Our optional TechStone® Polyurethane panels add an additional R-value of 3.5 to 5 depending on the exterior selected. These panels are virtually unaffected by impact damage and contain UV stabilized finishes that prevent fading of any kind. We have weather tested these exteriors in all climate conditions and the TechStone® product has performed flawlessly.
